    Hey guys, i know i’m not there with you this year but i will be praying for you every step of the way!
    But here are some words of wisdom: 1. When going out bring toilet paper… you wont regret it.
    2. When going out bring spare pants… again i promise you wont regret it. 3. Remember there is nothing you will do that will save people, but instead rely on God and his spirit alone to do the work. So make yourselves available to him and have a blessed and safe trip! See you when you are home, love you guys!

    I am praying for you every day and am eager to hear about how God is moving in your midst. We praised the Lord this morning in church for the twenty-two people who asked Christ into their hearts in El Salvador already.

    Love, love, love the video! The picture with the little girl smiling up at you melted my heart! 🙂 She looked like she was really interested in what you were saying to her.

    Daddy and i went to Chris Turner’s wedding last night – it was so beautiful and so sweet! His groom’s cake was a magician’s hat with a rabbit and a deck of cards coming out of the top. We saw some former BCM’ers – Ricky David, Rob & Christy Viera, Sean and Courtney Dixon, and a few others you might not remember.

    Duke lost to Lehigh and Mjissouri lost to Norfolk State in the first rounds of March Madness. We have watched a few games, of course.;) We will have some Mango Habanero wings for you when you get back. Keep your tummy safe and sound.

    Amy and I noticed that her Sun Ag hat has made a once-in-lifetime trip overseas – that’s pretty cool for a small town farming hat, haha! Also, Amy says to be careful when walking the dog.

    I pray that God will continue to open hearts and prepare the way before you all as you share the Good News!

I’m hoping to either set aside one SS class or have a girls gathering once you get back so you can share what God has taught you on this trip with those who didn’t go. Keep notes!     I’ve been thinking about you guys since the day you left! When I heard there had already been 22 (now 39) confessions of faith on the first day I was completely stoked!! I told my dad, “It’s only the first day and that many people have been saved, I can’t believe I’m missing out!” And he just said, “Yeah, but just think about all the seeds you planted last spring break and the harvest your friends are reaping now!” I’m so thankful you are all there serving the Lord and working along side of my favorite el-salvadorians. I’m continually praying for each of you and that the Lord blesses you from moment to moment, and that you make Him obvious everywhere you go! So proud of all of you and the work you’re doing to further the Kingdom of God, love you guys!!!

    Hey Tay!! I know we’ve been corresponding via text messages, but I just wanted to tell you how excited I am that you are getting to do what God put on your heart years ago when your teacher put your hand into the hand of the new Chinese immigrant student. You could not speak Chinese, but you showed her God’s love as you helped her learn English and stayed by her side in her new country. You had the same opportunity with the mexican immigrant students you befriended in middle school, and now you are able to share with hundreds in El Salvador. We miss you so much, and your brother is waiting for you to take you for a ride in his truck. He got his license yesterday!! But we know you are exactly where God has called you to be, and are waiting eagerly to see what other opportunities he sets before you! I do have one request while you are there….I know you don’t like the spot light, but don’t hide from the camera!! It’s nice to see you in the pics! Take care, be safe, we love you!! Mom and Dad
